    Answer:
    Yes, sharing has never been easier. Simply send them your Datapaq Paqfile and they can view it for FREE with our Paqfile Viewer. The Paqfile Viewer is available for download on our website.

    Why can I not get the logger to communicate on Com1?

    Answer:
    It may be as simple as a battery problem. Check your logger to make sure the red LED light flashes 5 times. If not, your battery may be flat and need to be charged or replaced.

    Another common reason usually occurs when other equipment (such as a PDA) is also set to communicate through com1. Closing any software that is running and blocking the port should resolve the problem.
