  Profiling frequency varies from plant to plant, but we recommend frequent profiling as this can help reduce many firing problems. Most people profile more when setting up a process, but once the process is established monthly checks are standard. Frequency may increase based on process changes, product changeovers, and the stability of the kiln. The more frequently you profile, the more opportunities you have to use Datapaq's new SPC analysis.
